Return Policy

All regular priced & sale items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the date of delivery to you. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be:
  • Returned within 14 days from the delivery date
  • Free of any sign of wear (unworn & unwashed)
  • In original packaging with hangtags still attached
  • Proof of payment (invoice) included with merchandise
  • Order number written on the outside of the shipping box or envelope
All underwear (panties, thongs) are final sale.

All other returned items must have the original tags still attached, or it is not eligible for a credit. KnowMe will not accept returns for any item(s) missing hang tags or with damaged packaging. All returns/garments will be subject to inspection upon receipt. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit for the approved merchandise only, applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. Original out-going shipping charges will not be refunded.

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please contact us for details on returning your item and placing a new order.

To submit a return, simply re-package the items being returned in the packaging provided upon delivery, with all necessary documents provided, included. If it was shipped to you in a box, please ship it back to us that same box. If it was shipped to you in a shipping envelope, please ship it back to us in the spare that was provided inside. Please note we are not responsible for damaged to products in transit back to us. Place the pre-paid return shipping label, on the outside of the package and drop it off at a UPS store. 

*International orders (USA) will have necessary customs documents included inside original packaging. Please make sure ALL papers are placed in outside packaging envelope, in addition to the shipping label. 

Defective, damaged, and incorrect sizes can be exchanged. All cases are handled individually, and require going through customer service. For any such claims, you may be required to submit a photo of the damaged item prior to return shipping. Please contact customer service at, or call 514-731-7781.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
